The Van Berkom Office Fit-Out project involves the transformation of an 8,100-square-foot office into a modern, functional, and innovative work environment. The goal is to design a dynamic workspace that fosters collaboration, boosts productivity, and enhances employee well-being, while aligning with the specific needs of Van Berkom’s team.

Folio Design’s meticulous attention to detail, commitment to sustainability, and focus on the unique requirements of Van Berkom culminated in a space that is both highly functional and visually stunning. Thoughtfully selected materials create a warm and inviting atmosphere, with wood-patterned wall coverings and rich fabrics adding depth and texture to the environment. This blend of aesthetics and practicality ensures the office is not just a place to work, but an inspiring space that supports the diverse needs of the team.

By adding MMR, to the team early in the process, we were able to streamline the process, stay on schedule, and integrate a key component that enhanced the overall design. Our expertise in custom millwork allowed us to achieve a higher level of craftsmanship and flexibility in the execution of the project, making the final result even more impactful.
