Dentons: Elegance and Precision signed by Atelier MMR

This large-scale project, spanning 57,000 square feet across two floors and six separate wings, was carried out in two carefully orchestrated phases, allowing for the progressive delivery of spaces according to the established schedule.

The second phase of construction resulted in the development of a state-of-the-art work environment, including an 8,000-square-foot conference center, a bistro, a catering kitchen, and contemporary restroom facilities.

At the heart of this project was the integration of high-end architectural elements such as custom light boxes, a backlit acoustic ceiling, felt panels, a metal ceiling, and complex, tailor-made millwork. Executed with exceptional attention to detail, the millwork required true craftsmanship to design and install pieces perfectly adapted to the design constraints and functional needs of the space. The richness of the selected materials, the precision of the joinery, and the flawless finishes significantly contributed to the elegance and distinctive signature of the project.

Meticulous coordination ensured the seamless integration of ten different ceiling types without visible transitions, highlighting both the exemplary rigor of execution and the mastery of collaboration between trades.
